Studies and Evaluation Analyst
Location: McLean, VA
Senior-Level (12 to 18 years experiene)
Description: Mid- or Senior-Level Analysts to work in a studies and evaluations group for a national-level client. These analysts will work closely with USG study leads on analyses that will inform and impact policy and resource decisions at the most senior levels of the USG.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have experience in several of the following: planning of studies, collection of data (from literature reviews, working groups, surveys and database extracts), analysis of data, synthesis of conclusions, and documentation of findings in the form of briefings and reports.
The analyst must be an adaptable generalist capable of working with ill-structured or unstructured problems across a wide variety of problem domains. The analyst may apply a variety of techniques or hybrid approaches from engineering, operations research (including statistical analysis), or qualitative techniques from the social sciences (such as surveys or interviews).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in STEM field required, Master’s degree preferred.

Clearance: Current TS/SCI w/poly required
